Hey there, my name is Jay. I started PFP in late 2024 as a means to reach out to a larger audience with the sole goal to share my passion for physical fitness. It is my personal belief that everyone deserves the right to a healthy lifestyle, no matter who you are.

Starting as a simple Personal Training service, it is my wish for PFP to grow and blossom into the platform I know it can be, a place where anyone and everyone can go for any needs they may have in the world of fitness.

As of now, I am offering a variety of services and products such as: 1-on-1 in-person Personal Training sessions, a selection of one-size-fits-all comprehensive workout programs, and personalized workout programs made-to-order.

Whether you have no experience in organized exercise, or you are an elite athlete, Peak Form Performance can be a valuable resource to assist you along your fitness journey.

Jay Biek

Born and raised in Middletown, Delaware, I started developing an interest in fitness at 16. I began like many other adolescent boys, doing pull ups and push ups in my room at night. Heavily influenced by the popularity of Parkour in the 2010’s, I focused heavily on calisthenics in my teenage years, with a haphazard visit to my high school weight room here and there.

After graduating high school is where my story truly begins, it was these next few years that would change my life forever. Between the ages of 18 and 23 I developed a debilitating addiction and relied heavily on alcohol and other substances. This caused rifts to be torn between me and the people I loved, my family, friends, and romantic partners. In the spring of 2022, I got very sick. This illness was quite severe and the addition of withdrawals left me bedridden for many weeks, but when it was over, I was sober for the first time in years. It was at that point I decided not to touch another substance, in April 2022, just one month before my 23rd birthday.

At that point I had been going to the gym for about a year, but it was uninformed and yielded lackluster results. It was then that I decided to learn more about fitness and bodybuilding and finally work to truly better myself. After just a few months of implementing diet and intentional training practices, I got the physique I wanted. the following Spring, I decided to further my investments in myself and got my Personal Trainer Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. By then, I had lost 50 pounds and gained the confidence in myself that i had been missing for years.

Since I started training in 2023, I have helped myself and over 50+ people improve their heath and wellness and there is nothing I would rather do.

Jay is an awesome trainer.

As an older woman, he listened to what I wanted to achieve, asked how active I was, and created a plan to help me achieve my goals. I had recently lost 50 pounds before entering the gym, but I had no idea what to do to keep it off. Jay inspired me to keep moving, which is the key to keeping it off.

I am an introvert by nature, and getting a trainer was a reach for me. I felt at ease with Jay, and I never felt intimidated by others around me who were in better shape, the focus was on me and my goals. At first, the weight room was way to intimidating for me, but together we overcame that fear and I was able to learn exercises in the weight room with Jay that I was able to implement at home.

It's been two years since my fitness journey began, and I continue to use the tools Jay taught me to keep the weight off. I can't stress how important Jay was to my journey, and I will definitely reach out to him again if I need it.

Since we met, Jay has been a great asset to my fitness journey.

By my second session, I was already learning so much about weight lifting and how I could improve. He is very patient and explains exactly how to improve your lifts, what different habits indicate, and many other helpful tips.

All of this alone made him a great trainer to have, but his character is what makes him one of the best. He is passionate and considerate about not only what he does, but about how you do. He motivates you to improve because he wants to see you succeed just as much as you do. He became more than just a trainer for me and my brother, he became a friend to us.

Training with Jay was a great experience.

He would always push me to do better, and as a result, I was not only looking better, but I was feeling better. Training with Jay was more like training with a friend, it didn't feel like he was just clocking in, It felt like he actually wanted to be there.
